Welcome to the website for trombone, euphonium, and tuba students of James Whitis, Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Instrumental Activities at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

This site is the place for you to download the necessary forms, exercises, and information necessary to be a member of this studio.  Check regularly for news and information related to low brass and my studio.

My name is James Whitis. I am married to Jessye Whitis. We both teach at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. We have two sons, one is an artist/graphic designer and works in Myrtle Beach, SC and the other is an audio engineer/software engineer in Nashville, TN.
